About Me

I am an engineer with twenty years of experience in safety management, integrated systems and sustainability. Throughout my work, I often operate in complex environments where regulations, organizational structures and daily operations need to truly work together.

As a QHSE Manager, RSPP and Lead Auditor, I support organizations in building and improving management systems, with the goal of transforming compliance requirements into practical and effective tools.

I work on audits, governance and Organizational Models under Legislative Decree 231/01, with a hands-on approach focused on clarifying responsibilities, making processes easier to understand and supporting more informed decision-making.

In recent years, I have increasingly integrated digitalization into my work, focusing on simplifying complex processes and connecting data to help organizations improve the way they operate.
